Dear Sir,

I am sorry to send you the letter, it is about my complains for your hotel. I felt disappointed because the air conditioner was broken so we were in hot but there was no you officer who came to check it or gave some solution. We had paid our rate that you want but we did not get the comfortable that we wanted.

Please, look forward my letter to solve the problem.
